What's A Serving Team?
A Serving Team is a group of dedicated people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving others. From creating a welcoming environment for guests on the Hospitality Team, to leading the next generation on a Kids Street Team, to creating atmospheres of worship on the Creative Arts Team, to brewing caffeinated beverages on the Café Team, Serving Teams are driven to make a difference.
Who Can Serve?
It's true, some teams require background checks, have age specifications, or require additional training – with that being said, there is a Serving Team for everyone! We recommend sampling a few different roles to find where your gifts align.
What Are My Gifts?
For some people, knowing the ways that God has gifted them comes easy. While others may have to do a little reflection and research to figure out what their gifts are. If you aren't sure yet, that's okay! Sample 2 or 3 roles to figure out your sweet spot.
